Frequently Asked Questions
Are all your brands New York licensed?
Yes. New York law requires every product sold in a licensed dispensary to come from a New York licensed cultivator or processor. We do not stock anything from out of state — period.
How do you choose what brands to carry?
We sample products before they go on the shelf, talk to growers, watch lab results, and listen to customer feedback. If a batch isn’t right we send it back.
Can I request a brand you don’t carry?
Yes. Tell a budtender or message us through the contact page. We add new brands every month based on customer demand and lab results.
